At Ignite the Spark Wellness & Massage, your comfort, safety, and well-being are our priorities. To ensure a positive and relaxing experience for everyone, please take a moment to review our appointment and studio policies before your visit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled session price. Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged 100% of the scheduled session price.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and appreciate your communication whenever possible.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next scheduled client. The full scheduled session fee will still apply.

Professional Standards & Client Comfort

Ignite the Spark Wellness & Massage is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for every client.

Appropriate draping and professional boundaries are maintained throughout each session. Your comfort and consent are important, and you are encouraged to communicate any concerns, preferences, or discomfort at any time. You may decline or request modifications to any massage technique or treatment area.

Sexual or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and may result in refusal of future services.

Health & Wellness

Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation, muscular wellness, movement, and overall well-being. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions or replace medical care.

Please communicate any relevant health changes, allergies, areas of concern, or pressure preferences before or during your session.

Your massage may include complementary techniques or modalities when appropriate. These will be discussed with you beforehand, and you may decline or discontinue any technique at any time.

Building Access & Arrival Instructions

For the privacy and security of every tenant in the building, the main entrance remains locked. Detailed arrival and entry instructions will be provided in your appointment confirmation email and reminder.

Please review these instructions before your visit to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

Illness & Rescheduling

If you are feeling unwell, have a fever, or are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us before your appointment to discuss rescheduling. Your health and well-being, as well as the safety of others, are important to us.
